Matt Sullivan, LMT
Matthew Sullivan recently relocated back to Sarasota from Colorado.
Matt trains in many modalities including ultra distance running, Cross Fit, jujitsu, surfing, mountain biking and freediving. Over the past 14 years of practicing, he has poured himself into learning and understanding more about health and wellness in an effort to teach and help others in the health and fitness world. Active Release Technique changed his life when he developed bilateral compartment syndrome in his lower legs. Training hard for a triathlon, he woke up in severe pain and unable to walk. After trying pretty much everything with no resolution, he was looking to have surgery. Then someone recommended ART. He reluctantly made an appointment. In one treatment his issue was 100% resolved and he has not had a single issue in his lower legs. Matt is a Level 2 and Elite Active Release Technique (ART) Provider. He has traveled the world with many professional athletes, as well as working with various college and Olympic teams. |
